Homeowners and Renters Please Read This Important Reminder Information:
1. All garbage cans need to be out of sight of viewing from the street/sidewalks. They belong in the garage, back yard or a covered area not in view.
2. No political signs can be posted in yards of any kind.
3. Any homeowner that is painting their home a different color must get prior approval by the HOA Board of Directors ahead of time to do this. This can take time and a homeowner needs to submit color samples with their request as well.
4. All homeowners that are renting their homes need to communicate this with their renters to make sure they know this information too. The good news is that many renters are subscribing to receive the HOA newsletter information, but not all of them.
If anyone needs a reminder about CC & R’s and rules of the HOA refer to your information received when you purchased your home, look up information on the HOA website, and last resort if you have other concerns or need clarification, contact: Judy Hamner through Elite Management Services at: [email protected] and send your questions to her in writing. The HOA Board of Directors works closely with Judy to work in the best interest of the HOA members to make sure everyone follows the established rules that home owners moved into this neighborhood expecting everyone to follow.
