In less than 5 days, more than 30% of us have registered into our private portal with propVIVO! This means you have access to advanced resources and a sizable property management team.
Your next step is learning to Submit a Service Request and Report Violations too. Watch for more information in the near future.
Our portal is becoming more populated every day, with our Minutes, our Governing Documents, and more. By October, individual homeowner financials will be available too.

Today our HOA Website is changing form. When you login to submit a Comment or Inquiry, you’ll see support for submitting a Service Request instead. This is true for other functions as well. You can now use our propVIVO portal for updating your Contact Details, requesting Architectural Standards or Landscaping Approvals, reporting Violations, contacting your HOA Board for any reason, and more.
We are migrating to our new safe, secure, privacy protected, and efficient portal – replacing an amateur Webmaster, me (Renee Jacobs), with a whole team, of experts in property management.

Watch for announcements regarding upcoming HOA Meetings. We have our first draft proposal for stormwater conveyance work. We have completed the on-site inspection required for our Reserve Study – meaning the professional number crunching has begun. We anticipate the first draft in less than 3 weeks.
