HOA Members are Invited to New Budget In-Person Discussion
Healthy finances protect our homes and home values. Due to inflation and maintenance expenses that were not predicted for 2023, the HOA Board will pass a New Budget. The New Budget will increase HOA Dues and/or include a Special Assessment.
HOA Treasurer, Diana Johnson desires to answer all questions regarding the process of budgeting. A budget is necessary for maintaining the safety and beauty of our community. There is a process for noticing opportunities for cutting costs as well as re-evaluating present and future expenditures for The Greens At Loomis Trail.
Furthermore, HOA Treasurer Diana Johnson is gathering opinions regarding preference for Dues Increase vs Special Assessment vs Combination.
According to ByLaws 6.7. Treasurer, … “The books and supporting vouchers and records shall be available for examination by the Owners, Mortgagees and their duly authorized agents, accountants, or attorneys, during regular business hours in the manner set by the Board of Directors.” … HOA Treasurer Diana Johnson wants HOA Members to be proactive; get your questions answered and share your preferences ahead of the HOA Board of Directors vote to adopt the New Budget.
The HOA Board will vote to adopt the New Budget. At present, it looks like that vote will occur the second week of August.

Jim Dunlap and Mike Jacobs are hosting a community meeting. Visit the culverts of greatest concern, review all drainage for The Greens At Loomis Trail, hear updates, review property maps, enjoy open discussion to get all of your questions answered.
