What happened, you might ask? Well first off, it was our first ever hybrid meeting! Nine of our owners, some as far away as Georgia and Hawaii, used the virtual platform we offered and attended via Zoom! While it is truly wonderful to meet in person, providing a virtual option makes it possible for those who are away, whether short or long term, to participate.
Second, because of the increased attendance, we were able to pass a motion to waive this year’s paid audit of our small budget. This will save our homeowners approximately $2,000. We have elected instead to have an internal audit conducted by qualified volunteers. The paid audit will occur every third year. Our next paid audit will be at the end of 2024.
The in-person meeting was chaired by Judith Hammer from our HOA management company and brought nearly 40 engaged members together in one place!
Below you will see a few random photos taken at the end of the meeting.

Driving Miss Daisy- Whether you’re driving yourself or another, please be mindful that, for the safety of all our neighbours and resident pets, the posted speed limit is 15 MPH. It’s likely we all have been guilty, at one time or another, of exceeding it. So, let’s all be mindful as we are coming and going.
Canines and Other Creatures- We want to thank those of you who have pets for keeping them on a leash, whether it’s day or night. And we’re especially appreciative for those who pick up after your pets!!! It is so great to live in such a well-kept and wonderfully co-operative neighborhood!!!
The Price Is Right- Some of our neighbours have inquired about the possibility of having a monthly games night. If that’s something that would interest you, please contact- [email protected]
Anyone interested in playing Mah Jongg on a weekly basis? One novice player is looking for three neighbors – with any level of experience – to make a game. The day and time can be determined once a group has formed. Email: [email protected]
