A Fabulous Fourth – Neighbors Working Together! – Keeping Things Beautiful – and – Open Invitation

A Fabulous Fourth

July 4th, 1776, is a birthday that every American should be able to accurately place on a timeline. This year we set the 247th candle on its cake. We recognize the day when 13 States united, under joyous but challenging circumstances, to declare and celebrate our independence from British rule. What a glorious celebration it was back then and is still today!!!

Our HOA Board hopes you all enjoyed a wonderful holiday- God bless America!

Neighbors Working Together!

A solid and healthy HOA doesn’t just depend on having a good board; it involves having helpful and engaged neighbors like Sarah and Rudey. They moved to Loomis from out of state in 2019.

Sarah says: “It’s been a bit of an adjustment to live on 13 acres and then move to a small community governed by an HOA. But we have enjoyed the quiet setting and the friendliness of all our neighbors.”

Sarah and Rudey live on Castlerock, and their back window overlooks Ashbury Court. One day Sarah noticed a couple of the boulevard trees on Ashbury Ct are showing signs of distress. So she went to our website, TheGreensAtLoomisTrail.org, clicked Contact Us, and used the confidential forms to let the HOA Board know what she was observing.

Board member and landscape committee chair Ann Zimmerman, followed up with them. Sarah and Rudey not only informed Ann of what they’d observed but provided her with the contact information of an arborist they’d personally used.

This is one good example of what neighbors working together can accomplish to help create a great neighborhood. If you have a story or a concern, please visit our website, hit the contact us tab, and let your HOA Board know! We love hearing from our neighbors.

Keeping Things Beautiful…

One of the reasons people move to The Greens at Loomis Trails, aside from the quiet setting and natural beauty, is our quaint and attractive neighborhood. We want to thank all of you who work so hard to maintain your yard well. And we want to thank those of you who responded so quickly to the gentle upkeep requests sent out by our landscape committee in May. So many of you have done lots of work beautifying your yards this spring and early summer. On behalf of the HOA Board, THANK YOU!

Our next drive-through is scheduled  Monday, July 17th
