If You Were Dreaming of a White Christmas

Your dreams surely came true! Wow, talk about a winter wonderland!!! My goodness did we get an arctic blast. Snow, rain, ice, freezing rain, cold, cold, cold, and more cold, fog, 60 mile an hour winds and 50 degree temperatures all in the same week. Tell me where else do you get that incredible array of weather but the great Pacific Northwest!!!

A big shout out to our youth who were willing to dig in and help shovel out some neighborhood driveways. Special thanks to those homeowners who helped to keep the catch basins near your house clear. It was great to see neighbors working together. We got rid of a lot of water in a short period of time!!!

These great pictures were taken by some of our good neighbors.

Christmas Tree Pick-up This Saturday January 7th– Put your tree out by the curb by 8am. This service is provided by Cub Pack 4026. If you would like to give them a donation of any size anything would be welcomed. Checks can be made out to BSA Troop 4026.

We’ve Settled on a Hybrid Meeting Model for This Year’s Annual Meeting– In November and early December members of the board conducted a sample survey with a number of our neighbors. We tried to determine the overall interest in using the Zoom virtual platform to conduct our annual meeting. While the majority of those surveyed expressed a desire to use zoom, there were still enough people who asked us to continue with an in-person meeting format, that the board decided to hold this year’s meeting in person while adding zoom as an option. The link will be emailed.

This year’s Annual Meeting will be held at the Loomis Club house 2nd floor on Saturday, January 28th, from 9:30-10:30 am. The zoom room will be open by 9:15
