PLEASE HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION REQUESTED BEFORE SUBMITTING PLANS FOR REVIEW. SUBMIT TO ELITE MANAGEMENT C/O Janene Southcott. BE FAMILIAR WITH THE GREENS AT LOOMIS TRAIL CC&R’S, IN PARTICULAR SECTIONS 4.4.5 – 4.4.7. YOU MUST SUBMIT SAMPLES OR PICTURES OF COLORS, STYLES, ETC AS SET FORTH ON PAGE 3 OF THE FORM.

PLEASE SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING:

  • 2 Sets of Plans & Specifications
  • 2 Copies of Cut Sheet. Samples as required on page 3 of the form
  • 2 Copies of The Greens at Loomis Trail Architectural Control Standards Checklist
  • 2 Copies of Landscape Plan
