Elite Association Management, LLC – mailed formal notice dated June 29th – stating that our contract agreement has expired and will not be renewed. The Greens At Loomis Trail are allowed transition time through the end of August.
If you’d like to be part of the Property Management Selection Committee – notify HOA Treasurer Diana Johnson immediately through the Comment/Inquiry form.
The HOA Board recorded their first interview of a prospective Property Management company. You can view the recording, help create the list of selection criteria, and attend all future interviews.
Onboarding a new Property Management firm, can take 30 to 60 days. For this reason, reach out ASAP.
BIG GOAL
Your HOA Board has a Big Goal, to hold a Special Meeting during mid to late August (Date and Time TBA) for three reasons:
1. New Budget Ratification – The New Budget is likely to include either a special assessment or an increase in HOA Dues. For more information, attend upcoming HOA Board Meetings.
2. Election of HOA Board – The HOA Board has suffered numerous resignations. Vacancies have been legally filled, yet we prefer that Elected members serve. Also, the HOA Board is short staffed for meeting management and communication ambitions. CC&Rs allow up to 10 people on the HOA Board of Directors. If you’d like to serve on the HOA Board, start planning your speech!
3. Amendments to Governing Documents – The HOA Board desires to add the Email Consent notifications, add the Neighbor Volunteer Work Waiver, add a short form for minor landscaping approvals, and perhaps update the schedule of Fines. For more information, attend upcoming HOA Board Meetings. If you have additional ideas, notify the HOA Board through the Comment/Inquiry form.
