If you are not registered, register as soon as possible. Only Whatcom County verified homeowners, or those authorized by verified homeowners, can register.
After registration, please log into your personal home page, at https://thegreensatloomistrail.propvivo.com. From here, you can use the + CREATE drop-down menu to locate your Service Request form.
Our Property Manager, Anna, will review your Service Request. Then Anna will create a Board Task for our HOA Director of Landscaping and Architectural Standards.
Best of All: You Can Track Your Service Requests – through your personal Home page. In your left hand menu, click your Manage Home drop-down arrow. Then click My Service Requests. You’ll see the date of report, any votes or notifications – all of the steps through to resolution.
