Chair of Violation Committee: James Taylor
The Violation Committee Chair and all Committee Members are HOA Board Members in good standing who have signed a confidentiality agreement to maintain anonymity of those who submit online forms, and never share confidential documents including the evolving spreadsheet tracking events, resolution, and appropriate escalation.
The Violation Committee Chair and Committee Members review online form submitted to the HOA Board, Elite Association Management, or Committee Addressed (Finance, Landscaping, Architectural Standards, CC&Rs, etc.). The Committee determines legitimacy of cited violations, urgency of any safety concern, designates appropriate next steps including delegation to appropriately authorized individuals or committees.
The Violation Committee Chair maintains records of correspondence, resolution, and any escalation that cannot be solved cordially, and provides reports to the HOA Board of Directors.
